Delete Your Account

You can have your Itsha account and its data deleted at any time. You do not need the app installed, and you do not need to be signed in to make the request.

How to request deletion

Email support@itsha.com with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address the account uses.

We ask you to send it from that address because it is how we confirm the request is really yours — otherwise anyone who knows your email could delete your account. If you no longer have access to that address, write from any address and tell us; we will find another way to verify you.

We action deletion requests within 30 days, and usually within a few working days. You will get an email confirming it is done.

What gets deleted

Your name and email address.
Your password hash.
Any linked Google or Apple sign-in connection.
All of your session records, including the IP addresses and browser details stored with them.

Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore an account afterwards.

What is not affected

Workouts, plans, timers, and progress in the mobile apps are stored on your device, not on our servers. Deleting your account does not touch them. To remove that data, delete the app from your device or clear its data in your device settings.
Records we are required to keep. If you have bought a subscription, tax and accounting law requires us to retain the transaction record — order id, amount, date — for the statutory period. That record is kept for compliance only and is not used for anything else.
Anonymous, aggregated counters that contain no personal data, such as the per-day totals used to cap outbound email.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it first, or it may keep renewing:

Bought on itsha.com — cancel in account settings or ask us.
Bought on iPhone or iPad — Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Bought on Android — Play Store → Payments & subscriptions.
