Terms of Service
Last updated 24 August 2026
These terms cover your use of itsha.com and the Itsha mobile apps (together, “Itsha”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use Itsha.
Itsha is not medical advice
Itsha provides general fitness and wellbeing information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional.
Exercise carries risk of injury. Talk to a doctor before starting a new programme, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or living with a heart, joint, respiratory, or metabolic condition. Stop and seek medical help if you feel unwell. Exercise demonstrations, form guidance, calculators, and any plan Itsha generates are generic — they do not know your body, your history, or your limits. You decide what is safe for you, and you exercise at your own risk.
Your account
- Give accurate details, and keep your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@itsha.com if you think someone else has access.
- An account is for one person. Do not share or resell it.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- Break the law, or use Itsha to harm, harass, or impersonate anyone.
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
- Probe, scrape, overload, or work around rate limits, the bot check, or any other protection.
- Copy, resell, or redistribute Itsha’s content as your own product.
- Upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to upload.
Your content
Anything you create stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to operate the service — to store it and show it back to you. Workout data in the mobile apps is kept on your device and is never uploaded, so for that data this clause does not apply at all.
Paid features
Some features may be offered as a paid subscription. Where they are, the price, billing period, and renewal terms are shown before you pay. Subscriptions bought inside the iOS or Android apps are billed by Apple or Google and are cancelled and refunded through those stores under their policies, not ours. Subscriptions bought on the web are sold by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for that purchase — so Paddle, not Vweb technologies LLP, is who appears on your card statement and who handles the tax on it. We will give notice before any price change.
Availability
We aim to keep Itsha running but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features can change, and parts of Itsha can be added, altered, or withdrawn. Where a change is significant and affects a paid feature you rely on, we will say so in advance.
Ending your use
You can stop using Itsha and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that is being used to attack or abuse the service. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will explain why.
Disclaimers and liability
Itsha is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Who you are contracting with
Itsha is operated by Vweb technologies LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India. Where these terms say “we” or “us”, that is who you are contracting with.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Nothing here removes a consumer protection you have under the law of the country you live in.
Changes
When these terms change we update the date at the top. Continuing to use Itsha after a change means you accept the updated terms.
