Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 24 August 2026
This page explains how to cancel an Itsha subscription and how refunds are handled. Where you bought the subscription decides who processes the refund, so start by checking which of the three applies to you.
Where you bought it decides who refunds it
| Bought on | Billed by | Refunds handled by |
|---|---|---|
| itsha.com (web) | Paddle, our merchant of record | Us, via Paddle |
| iPhone or iPad app | Apple | Apple — we cannot refund these |
| Android app | Google Play | Google — we cannot refund these |
Web purchases
Subscriptions bought on itsha.com are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record. Your receipt and card statement will show Paddle.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from your account settings, or by emailing support@itsha.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal — it does not end the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until that period runs out.
Refunds
- Within 14 days of a first purchase or a renewal, we refund in full, no reason required. Email support@itsha.com from the address on the account.
- After 14 days we do not refund the remainder of a period as a matter of course, but we will look at any request on its merits — a renewal you did not intend, a charge you did not recognise, or a period you could not use because the service was broken are all worth writing to us about.
- If Itsha is materially broken for you and we cannot fix it, we will refund the period affected whether or not 14 days have passed.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank usually takes 5–10 working days to show it. We aim to answer refund emails within 2 working days.
Paddle may also review refund requests directly, and applies its own buyer refund policy alongside this one.
App Store and Google Play purchases
We are not able to refund a purchase made inside the iOS or Android app, because we never receive the payment — Apple and Google do. Their processes:
- Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Cancel a subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Google Play: request a refund at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, where you can also cancel.
Email us anyway if you are stuck — we cannot process the refund, but we can often tell you what went wrong.
Free accounts
A free Itsha account costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can delete it at any time — see deleting your account.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here removes a right you have under consumer law where you live, including any statutory cooling-off period. Where local law gives you more than this policy does, the law wins.
